Jennifer King is a beekeeper in Jefferson County and owner of “Eversweet Apiaries”, and her family has been in Jefferson County for eight generations. She has been active in the struggle to preserve Jefferson County’s culture and to protect the county from the type of industrialization and out-of-state interests that have captured the other 54 counties in West Virginia.
